Room Reservations will be made after reciept of a Non Refundable deposit of $218.00 per person collected at the time of your registration.This is to cover your round trip transfers to Charlotte. At the time of check at the hotel ,your card will be charged $320.40 (including taxes) for your nights stay.The card used to RSVP will be the same card used for your RSVP at the hotel.
If you are registering as a double room,please indicate in the comments which card should be used to make your hotel reservation.This will only be an authorization not a charge to your card.

- 8:30am: Depart for Black Health Matter Fall 2025 Health Summit & Expo •
- 9am – 4pm: Black Health Matters Fall 2025 Health Summit & Expo•
- 4pm: Depart for Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake
- 5:30pm – 7pm: Drury's 5:30 Kickback • 7pn – 12am: Kickback at hotel "Kitchen + Bar" (Optional)
- 7am – 10am: Hot Breakfast
- 11am: Depart for return to Samson Health & Fitness Center
To RSVP, a credit card authorization of $218.00 per person guarantees your space on the bus from ATL to CLT-This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.All group transfers during your stay in CLT will be covered as well.
Once we receive your deposit for the transportation , your reservation will be submitted to the hotel. Your credit card for the hotel stay portion, will not be charged for your hotel stay until arrival at the property.
