I attended a group trip that was coordinated by Sasha, and as an event planner myself I loved the communication that she had with us throughout the entire process. Not only did she send thorough reminder emails of what task items were up next and reminders, but she was also readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. I originally planned our 10th anniversary trip to D.R., however, due to family circumstances had to cancel. Called Victoria and she exhibited empathy and took care of it in a timely manner. Victoria will continue to get our business as she is a top tier planner! My experience is rated 3 stars because of how difficult it was to communicate with the staff, the majority did not understand English at all! I expect that off the resort not inside where a service is being provided. Secondly the upkeep of the resort is poor, I've stayed at a different Majestic resort and the two aren't comparable. I had a very enlightening experience on the cruise. Sasha really has a heart for people and truly cares. The workshops were wonderful. This was a great first time experience with cruise planners!
